JOB HUNTING EXECUTIVES: BE READY TO ANSWER THESE 3 QUESTIONS

From Patrick H. McGaughey CPF, IOM

Three wrong answers can kill your chances at a new job:

1. What can you tell me about our organization?
Smart interviewers want to know if you've done your homework or if this is just another job interview.
2. What have you done recently to improve yourself?
Great employers understand one thing; if you haven't done anything to improve yourself, they will seriously doubt if you will do anything to improve them.

3. When change is required, do you have the ability to reinvent yourself?
Every business and every organization has to remain fluid in today's world. Interviewers need to know how you approach change.

Yes, there are many more questions. My point this week to study and research what questions are being asked in 2015 job interviews.
